This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar storage technologies used on the RoadVane public website and inside the administrative console. The RoadVane mobile app uses on-device secure storage rather than cookies and is described in the Privacy Policy.
What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on the device when a visitor accesses a website. Similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB) work the same way for the purposes of this Policy and are treated the same.
How RoadVane Uses Them
RoadVane uses cookies and similar storage only to operate the website and the administrative console. There is no advertising tracking, third-party social-tracking pixels, or cross-site behavioural advertising.

If additional cookies are introduced (for example, analytics or feature-experiment cookies), they will be added to this table and disclosed to visitors before activation.
Third-Party Storage
The administrative console loads Leaflet map tiles served by OpenStreetMap and JavaScript libraries from public content-delivery networks (unpkg, jsDelivr). These do not set tracking cookies on RoadVane's behalf, but their own logs may record the visitor's IP address. They are governed by their own privacy notices.
Managing Cookies
Visitors can disable or delete cookies through their browser settings. If essential cookies are disabled, the administrator will be signed out of the admin console and may not be able to use it.
Changes To This Policy
RoadVane may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material updates will be communicated by updating the date above and, where significant, by in-app or email notice.
